1. Revisions to the Agreement
We can change the Agreement anytime at our discretion. Please check periodically. We’ll update the Agreement and the “Last Updated” date when changes happen. Changes are effective now for new users and on the Effective Date for existing users. We may ask you to consent to the updated Agreement before using the Service again. If you don’t agree, stop using the Service. Otherwise, continued use means you accept the changes.
2.Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, not suspended or removed from the Service, and comply with all laws and regulations to use the Service. If you are representing a company, you must have the authority to bind it to the agreement.
3.General
Audiosed provides a music creation and collaboration platform. All elements of the Service are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Audiosed owns all materials included in the service and made available to users. Users may use the Audiosed Property as provided herein.
4.Use of the Service and Audiosed
You can access and use the Audiosed Service and Property only for personal or internal business purposes unless authorized by Audiosed in writing. Other uses are prohibited.
5.Desktop App License
You may download and use the Audiosed app on one device that you own or control for personal or business use, as long as you comply with the Agreement. Commercial use is allowed if authorized by Audiosed for that specific plan of the service.
6.Registering an Account
To use the Service, create an Account with a valid email, username, password, and precise information. You cannot use someone else’s name or anything vulgar. We reserve the right to reject any username or terminate it if we deem it inappropriate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in credentials, and you must notify help@audiosed if there is unauthorized access or use. You have no ownership or property interest in your Account. You must provide all necessary equipment and software to access the Service and pay any applicable fees.
7.Payment Terms
To subscribe to our service, you need to provide valid payment details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You agree that we can charge your account without notice for all fees and charges due. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your billing address or payment information. We reserve the right to change prices and billing methods with notice to you. You will be responsible for paying the Service Subscription Fee when you create your account, and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
8. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew on the Renewal Date and your Payment Provider will be charged Audiosed’s current price for the subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Audiosed to charge your Payment Provider now and at each subsequent subscription period. To terminate or make changes, contact Audiosed or log in to your “Account” page’s “Billing” section. If you cancel during your subscription period, you may use it until the end of the term, but no refund will be given. If Audiosed does not receive payment, your subscription may be terminated or suspended until payment is received.
8. Termination
Audiosed has the right to terminate your access to the Service if you breach this Agreement, and we may change or discontinue any part of the Service. You can end your Agreement at any time by email or using the termination function on the Service. If your subscription is terminated, you will no longer be able to access the Service, and your account and password will be deleted, along with any related information and files, though backup copies may be retained by Audiosed. The Agreement will continue to apply for as long as Your Content remains on or through the Service, and certain provisions will survive termination, such as ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability. Splice will not be liable for any suspension or termination, including deletion of Your Content.
9. Fraudulent claims
Fraudulent claims may include:
- A buyer filing a chargeback after receiving their purchased item
- A buyer filing a chargeback after rating and completing the purchase
Buyers who file fraudulent claims are subject to consequences and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the buyer’s account under the return policy.
